Description

Acro (acrobatics for dancers), teaches exciting gymnastic tricks. Students develop strength and flexibility, while learning how to execute acrobatic elements to use in dance choreography. Acro focuses on challenging each dancer at their own pace including cartwheels, walkovers, back handspring, aerials etc. Dancers will gain muscle control, balance, and advance their tumbling technique.
