Pointe is a beautiful, traditional, and challenging style that requires lots of ankle strength and a high level of ballet technique. This class will prepare dancers for going up on pointe. Once dancers are ready to do so, they will be invited to go up onto Pointe. Our Pointe dancers will perform on Pointe and everyone else will remain in slippers until they are ready.
(Attire: Girls: Black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes, hair in a neat bun; Boys: Black sweatpants/leggings, white t-shirt, and black ballet shoes, hair off the face; Non-binary: any of the above in which they are comfortable, hair in a bun if possible)
