Description

Contemporary Dance is all about freedom of movement and expression while developing your technique and flexibility. Explore new movements and challenge your technical skills in this class. Get off your center and learn new jumps and turns. Become more comfortable and confident with improvisation and emotional connection through movement. Dancers should be ready to engage their mind, body, and soul through technical dance and emotional connection.
